The Fearless Organization Scan provides the instrument to measure psychological safety and begin the crucial open conversations that teams need to have in order to access the benefits offered by psychological safety – better teaming, peak performance and innovation. The instrument is deeply rooted in professor‘s Amy C. Edmondson’s 30+ years of work and research in the field of organizational psychology and teaming.

Using the 7- question survey developed by Dr. Edmondson, and widely regarded as the gold standard to measure psychological safety, you will receive metrics on overall Psychological Safety as well as the four domains:

Team  debrief session is part of the Scan process. In 2-3 hour session, moderated by a professional facilitator, team members have the opportunity to reflect on experiences in the teams and find new, more effective pathways to connect to each other with more trust, to cooperate and innovate.
