feels good!
For many of us living in modern world means meeting the daily challenge to stay up to date, to perform, to make extra mile. Is that possible without sacrificing our most important asset - our health? The aim of this programme is to equip participants with actionable knowledge and practical tools meant for strengthening their resilience and lowering mental fatigue in order to maintain high level performance and well-being in high stress and high risk environment.
This program focuses on practicing psychological safety as key prerequisite for the human performance and wellbeing and offers solutions from revolutionary S. Porges Polyvagal theory. The Polyvagal theory has opened up a new understanding of how to manage our states of mind, stress responses and behavior through body physiology. Psychological safety plays a key role in these processes. By recognizing and adapting to our physiological processes, we can consciously move ourselves into a zone of optimal performance, well-being and better connection.
The participant will be learning:
-
To notice and recognize the signs of safety inside the body and in the outside world, which can help to experience more psychological safety in daily life.
-
To recognise the characteristics of one's own stress response through - experienced emotions, heart rate, breathing mechanics, depth and frequency and etc.
-
To choose the right path of practices to move from the states of fight, flee or freeze to more effective zones of performance - psychological safety and play.
-
To reboot your nervous system, to experience moments of quality rest.
